Spicy, creamy buffalo chicken dip that goes great with the big game!

Ingredients:
½ cup of low-fodmap hot sauce
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (safe at 42g)
1 can of chicken (7 oz drained)
3 oz of shredded Monterey Jack cheese (safe at 40g/1.4 oz)
2 Tbsp of Live Free Ranch
50g of corn tortilla chips (safe at 50g)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix together hot sauce, butter, and Worcestershire sauce.
Shred the canned chicken with a fork, drain, and mix into sauce.
Put into a baking dish and bake at 350 F for about 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with cheese.
Return the dish to the oven until the cheese melts.
Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with Live Free Ranch.
Serve with corn tortilla chips!
