Low FODMAP Buffalo Chicken Dip

Spicy, creamy buffalo chicken dip that goes great with the big game!

Recipe makes 2 servings

 Prep Time: 10 min Cook Time: 20 min Total Time: 30 min


Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup of low-fodmap hot sauce

  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (safe at 42g)
  • 1 can of chicken (7 oz drained)
  • 3 oz of shredded Monterey Jack cheese (safe at 40g/1.4 oz)
  • 2 Tbsp of Live Free Ranch
  • 50g of corn tortilla chips (safe at 50g)

 

Directions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Mix together hot sauce, butter, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Shred the canned chicken with a fork, drain, and mix into sauce.
  • Put into a baking dish and bake at 350 F for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and top with cheese.
  • Return the dish to the oven until the cheese melts.
  • Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with Live Free Ranch.
  • Serve with corn tortilla chips!
